Return and Refund Policy

At MARE DORÉ, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your order, you can return the product and receive a refund according to the following terms:

1. Return Policy

   • You have the right to return your goods within 14 days from the date you received your order.

   • The items must be in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

2. How to Return an Item

   • To make a return, please contact our customer service at info@maredore.com or through our contact system on the website.

   • Returned items must be sent back to our return address, which you will receive via email once we have processed your return request.
     

3. Refund

   • The refund will be processed to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

   • Refunds are processed within 14 business days after we receive and approve your return.

4. Exemptions

   • The following items cannot be returned:

     • Underwear and socks (for hygiene reasons).

     • Used items or items not in their original packaging.

5. Shipping Costs

   • You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or you have received the wrong product.

6. Defective Items or Incorrect Orders

   • If you have received a defective item or the wrong product, please contact us immediately so we can assist you with a return and replacement.
