    • Returned items must be sent back to our return address, which you will receive via email once we have processed your return request.

  3. Refund

    • The refund will be processed to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

    • Refunds are processed within 14 business days after we receive and approve your return.

  4. Exemptions

    • The following items cannot be returned:

      • Underwear and socks (for hygiene reasons).

      • Used items or items not in their original packaging.
